Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what information Service Contractor Growth may collect through free website applications, connected website forms, SCG Field Hub, Website Care, Google Business Profile services and other client services, how that information is used and the choices available to visitors.

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Information You Provide

Service Contractor Growth (“SCG,” “we,” “us” or “our”) may collect information you voluntarily provide when you submit a website application, submit a website form, email us, purchase a service, complete onboarding information or otherwise communicate with us.

The Free Website Program application may collect your business name, service category, city and state, business stage, contact name, email, phone, existing online presence, current workflow, business challenges and service details. If you later become a client or contact SCG another way, you may also provide your name, phone number, service area, business details, website or domain information, photos, logo, service information and other information you choose to provide.

Website Applications and Public Business Information

When you apply for a website and provide a Facebook page, business website or other business-page link, SCG may review information that you or your business have made publicly available on that page. This can include your business name, logo, colors, public photos, services, service area, contact details and other public business information.

SCG may use that public business information to prepare, personalize and communicate the website requested in your application, if approved. SCG does not claim ownership of the original third-party or client-owned content merely because it is used in your website.

Website Forms, Google Apps Script and Formspree

Free Website Program applications are submitted through SCG's Cloudflare-hosted website and processed through Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for review and application management. Other SCG website forms may use Formspree. Information you submit may be transmitted to and stored by the relevant service provider so SCG can review your application and respond to your request.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, bank-account information, health information or other sensitive personal information through ordinary website forms unless SCG specifically requests information through an appropriate secure process.

SCG Field Hub and Client Customer Data

When a client uses SCG Field Hub, SCG may process information submitted by the client, the client’s employees or the client’s customers in order to provide the Field Hub service and connected website workflow.

Depending on how the client uses Field Hub, this information may include customer names, contact details, service addresses or locations, requested services, job notes, uploaded project photos, scheduling information, lead and job status, follow-up information, review-request activity and other ordinary business records related to the client’s jobs.

SCG uses this information to operate the connected website-form intake, organize client leads and jobs, support scheduling and follow-up features, display service-area or map information, and provide the other Field Hub functions selected by the client.

Clients are responsible for deciding what customer information they collect, providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required for their own business, and limiting Field Hub use to lawful business purposes.

Client Service and Account Information

If you purchase services, SCG may receive business information or account access reasonably needed to perform the work, such as domain or DNS details, hosting information, Field Hub user information, Google account access invitations, Google Business Profile manager access, Google Ads account access or similar service-related information.

When practical, SCG prefers delegated or manager-level access rather than asking clients to share account passwords. Information and access provided for service delivery are used to perform, support and maintain the services the client has requested.

Payments

If you pay SCG through a third-party invoicing or payment provider, that provider may process payment-card, bank or billing information under its own privacy policy and terms. SCG may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, date and billing contact information, but payment providers may handle the underlying payment credentials directly.

Analytics, Cookies and Technical Information

SCG uses Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement and tracking tags and may use Google Analytics or related Google measurement tools to understand how visitors use the website.

Depending on the tags and settings enabled, analytics and technology providers may process information such as pages viewed, session activity, approximate location, IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages and similar technical or usage information. These tools may also use cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish browsers, users or sessions.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect how some website features or measurement tools function.

Advertising and Conversion Measurement

If SCG runs Google Ads or other advertising campaigns, SCG may use conversion-measurement tools to understand whether an advertisement led to actions such as a website visit, application, form submission or other inquiry.

Advertising and analytics providers may process device, browser, cookie, interaction or advertising-related information according to their own terms, privacy policies and settings.

How We Use Information

SCG may use collected information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and free website applications.
  • Build and personalize websites for approved applicants.
  • Communicate about SCG setup, Field Hub onboarding, website launch and client support.
  • Provide, personalize, maintain and support SCG services.
  • Process and document payments, invoices and business records.
  • Operate, maintain, secure and improve the website.
  • Understand website traffic and how visitors interact with the site.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing or advertising campaigns.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect SCG, clients and website visitors.

How Information May Be Shared

SCG does not sell personal information for monetary payment.

Information may be shared with service providers that help SCG operate the website, SCG Field Hub or business, such as form-processing, hosting, database, mapping, email, analytics, advertising, invoicing/payment, domain, security and other technology providers. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services and under their own agreements, policies and applicable law.

SCG may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Data Retention

SCG keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to application requests and inquiries, providing website and Field Hub services, maintaining business and accounting records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Field Hub records may also remain for a reasonable period after service ends as needed for backups, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations.

Data Security

SCG uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Clients using Field Hub are also responsible for protecting their account access and limiting access to authorized users. However, no website, email system, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights relating to your personal information. These may include the right to request access, correction or deletion of certain information, subject to applicable exceptions.

You may ask SCG to stop sending non-essential marketing communications. Service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to respond to a request, prepare an approved website, complete a transaction or provide a service.

Children’s Privacy

This website and SCG’s services are intended for business owners and other adults. SCG does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

Third-Party Websites and Services

This website may link to third-party websites or services, including social networks, Google services, payment providers and other business tools. SCG is not responsible for the privacy, security or content practices of third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

Changes to This Policy

SCG may update this Privacy Policy as the website, services, forms, advertising practices or technology providers change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when material updates are made.
